Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Listings must describe real services, people, venues, or experiences and must not mislead visitors. We may review, restrict, or remove content that breaches these terms or creates a safety risk.
Acceptable conduct
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, or discriminate against another person. Do not use KinkTown to facilitate illegal activity, share non-consensual intimate material, or publish another person's private information.
Respect boundaries, consent, and applicable laws at all times. Report concerns through the available support channels so we can review them.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant KinkTown permission to host, display, and format it as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
You are responsible for your interactions and any arrangements made through the platform. KinkTown is a discovery service and does not guarantee the identity, availability, quality, or suitability of any member, provider, venue, or service.
